TheGuarantors’ 2018 has been defined by growth and expansion.
This year we tripled our product offerings with the addition of security deposit replacement (SDR) and renters insurance compliance. At the same time, we nearly quadrupled our user base.
Last week marked another major milestone: TheGuarantors was recognized as a CNBC Upstart 100 company. The Upstart 100 brings together top startups across a huge variety of sectors including healthcare, fintech, real estate, cybersecurity, and retail with the goal of showcasing some of the top rising companies today. Key criteria include scalability, sales growth, workforce diversity, and user/customer growth.
It goes without saying that all those elements — and the number of others that CNBC used to select from the substantial pool of applicants — are key to determining the success of a start-up. Likewise, our products and partnerships with top landlords, as well as a strong base of renter clients, undoubtedly had an impact.
But by far the most important reason for our success is the great team that we have driving our growth.
